Shipping and Returns


Please allow the following time for your items to arrive:

  • Australia 24-50 days
  • Europe 24- 45 days
  • UK 20-40 days
  • USA 12-20 days 

Your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as it is available.

Returns are accepted in the following circumstances.  Please contact us as soon as you receive your item if here are any issues by phone, email or live chat.  Take photos and send by email.  Do not return your item until you have communicated with us.  Please report your issue within 15 days of receipt of your item.

  • item never received (or not received within 60 days)
  • item not as described
  • item damaged or badly made

If you have an issue with your order:

  1. Contact support by phone, live chat or email
  2. Describe in detail the issue and provide a photo if necessary if there is damage.
  3. Provide your order number or copy of your email order, or your name and email address
  4. A solution will be negotiated such as: you may return the item (but shipping is at your expense, or you may keep the item and refund is negotiated with the supplier). 
  5. When an agreement is reached with the supplier, we will execute the Return or Refund.
  6. We will do everything on your behalf as quickly and painlessly as possible.
